March 1 is Justin Bieber's 17th birthday, and he gets his early present from Selena Gomez, a lovely kiss by her.
Bieber and rumored girlfriend Selena Gomez appeared together on the red carpet at the Vanity Fair Oscars party, cuddling and looking all cute.
The outrageously sparkly Pop Candies TV put together a two minute long video of a two second long kiss exchanged between the teen stars while waiting in line outside a party. Not exactly super romantic, but there was lips involved. And every teen girl in America is now jealous.
