Kim Kardashian recently walked out without a bra in New York, wearing a grey and black dress, displayed to us her huge cleavage.

She showed to us no sign of aging, but she admitted to using Botox. However she has previously denied having a breast job, saying: 'Trust me honey, if I take this bra off you will tell me I need to get them done.'
