Avril Lavigne New Safety Pin Tattoo On Her Neck

This is another move from Avril Lavigne for her bad girl makeover. The punk rocker decided to get a tattoo after her girls' day out turned into a girls' night out'.

The singer tweeted on Saturday that "'I'm getting a f**ing neck tattoo." Very hardcore. She then tweeted "I did it," while seemingly in mid-ink.

Finally, she tweeted a picture of the finished product, with a very effusive, informative description: "Its a...... Safety pin b**hes!!!!"

Earlier in March, Lavigne released a new, rocking music video for her new single "What The Hell," showing off her discovery of certain parts of the Queen's English.
