Officials in the city of Barcelona reportedly may fine Shakira for a variety of infractions after watching YouTube footage of her.
1) Dancing in a public fountain.
2) Riding a motorcycle without a helmet.
3) Disrupted traffic with her sexy moves and bikini-based wardrobe.
Shakira is weeks away from launching her world tour in mid-September, and 'Sale El Sol' (she has described the Spanish-language album as having "a strong rock side") goes on sale November 2. So hopefully she won't get trouble on this.
