Paris Hilton's Boyfriend Hit And Run Over Photographer's Leg

Wow, this is crazy as Paris Hilton's boyfriend Cy Waits allegedly ran over a female photographer's leg with his Bentley in West Hollywood Wednesday night then fled the scene.

Please watch the video below around 0:28 when the collision happens. After that paramedics took the photographer to the hospital and at some point Cy returned and talked with police.

But most important is what she wrote after the accident happened in her tweeter: "Lovely evening with friends and family ruined by aggressive paparazzi. They are literally insane!"

An hour later she wrote, "Going to bed. Sweet dreams everyone. Love Paris xoxo."
